What's the commission rate?
30% of every paid invoice from a customer you refer, and it keeps coming for as long as they stay subscribed. No tiers, no caps. Right now there's no time limit either, so you earn 30% indefinitely.
How long do I keep earning on a referral?
Indefinitely (at the moment). As long as your referred customer keeps paying for MailMoo, you keep earning your 30% on every invoice. We'll always give partners plenty of notice before changing this.
How does attribution work?
Every partner gets a unique affiliate link. When someone clicks it, they're attributed to you for 60 days. If they sign up within that window, the referral is yours.
How and when do I get paid?
Commissions accrue as your referred customer is billed. Each commission is released 30 days after that customer pays the invoice. That short hold covers refunds and disputes, and once it clears the money is paid out to you.
Who qualifies for a bulk or custom deal?
Bulk deals are for groups distributing MailMoo at scale, like VCs, PE funds, sales agencies, accelerators, and newsletters. We'll put together a custom plan: promo codes for your community, bonus credits for new signups, or volume pricing. Just request a deal and we'll take it from there.
Can I do both the affiliate program and a custom deal?
Yes. You can share your affiliate link to earn recurring cash commissions and request a unique bulk deal for your community. The two work independently.
